Care of the Soul by Thomas Moore, Ph.D

As a young man, Thomas Moore spent twelve years in a Catholic monastery studying
for the priesthood.  He went on to receive a Ph.D. from Syracuse
University, where he specialized in Jungian psychology, literature, and world
religion.  Mr. Moore is best known for his 1992 best-selling book
“Care of the Soul.”  His work blends psychology, religion, and
the arts, looking for traces of the complicated soul in all aspects of human
life.  Mr. Moore spoke at the 2001 AATA Conference.
